Counselling
Invest in yourself and explore new possibilities
A space to explore, understand and move forward
Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be struggling with feelings linked to events in your personal or work life, such as changes at work, increased responsibilities, relationship difficulties, loss, grief, or life transitions such as menopause.
Sometimes there may be no obvious reason for how you feel. You may simply know that you feel stuck, anxious, low, overwhelmed, or not quite yourself, and need space to understand what is going on.
Counselling offers a safe, confidential and supportive space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and begin to make sense of your experiences. You do not have to face them alone.
Introducing Audra
“I am a qualified Business Psychologist, Coach and Counsellor, with over 25 years’ experience working with individuals from different backgrounds and cultures. This has shaped my belief that every person’s story is unique, and that counselling should be tailored to the individual rather than follow a one-size-fits-all approach.”
Audra Lee, Founder
My approach
I believe counselling is most effective when there is a strong, authentic and collaborative relationship. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe, respected and heard, without judgement.
As an integrative counsellor, I work with you as a whole person - your experiences, thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together, we focus on what you are struggling with, what may be affecting how you feel, and what support may help you move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
Because everyone is different, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to create a personalised way of working that best supports your needs.
What counselling can help with
People come to counselling for many different reasons. These may include:
Taking the first step
Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially if you have been holding things in for a long time. You do not need to have everything figured out before you contact me. We can start with where you are.
If you are unsure whether counselling is right for you, I offer a free, no-obligation 20-minute call. This gives you space to ask questions, understand how I work, and get a sense of whether I am the right person to support you.
